Recommended dosage of OMEGA 3 PLUS SOFTGEL CAPS: take 1-2 capsules daily. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use of OMEGA 3 PLUS SOFTGEL CAPS: according to the recommended dosage swallow the capsule and wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsule!
